Collaboration must be fostered between the manufacturer, safety assessor, fragrance and raw material suppliers and packaging supplier as well as third parties such as certification bodies, external laboratories if necessary.

If there is an update at any point in the product’s life cycle, Responsible Person updates the Product Information File immediately and stores it for 10 years.
