TopGum Industries has put out a new line of beauty-from-within gummies aimed at people who want holistic wellness for things like skin health and looks. These gummies use natural ingredients that are meant to help with hair, skin, and nails. They were made after looking closely at gummy users and noticing that younger adults and newcomers to beauty and self-care, are a big part of the market. Inbal Nahmias Horev, head of Global Marketing and Sustainability, says mostly female-led brands on social media are changing how beauty products are used. The new nutricosmetic gummies come in different natural fruit flavors and shapes and are designed so supplement marketers can offer a full range of inside-out beauty options. Eyal Shohat, CEO, says the company wants to help supplement brands become full beauty kit providers that fit with consumers’ healthy lifestyle and inner wellness ideals and that their model cuts down the time dealing with multiple CMOs, helping them get products to market faster.
Main Ingredients
All three main ingredients in the new range—biotin, hyaluronic acid, and collagen—are called the “holy trinity” for beauty enthusiasts by Nahmias, and are seen worldwide as basics for inner care and outer glow. In the gummy form, TopGum says they made a delicious experience that still has strong doses, helping skin stay hydrated and firm while keeping hair and nails strong, without the metallic or off-notes often found in high-dose beauty supplements. The company can also make custom formulas and sometimes adds botanicals like Irish sea moss and bamboo extract.
Hair, Skin, and Nails
A top seller in the line is HSN+, a fiber-based gummy with no added sugar. Each 3g cherry-flavored piece brings together vitamins and minerals to support healthy hair, radiant skin, and strong nails. This includes biotin, B12, and zinc for hair strength; vitamins C and E for skin radiance; and B-complex and key minerals to help nails be resilient. Nahmias says women aged 30 to 55 have taken HSN supplements before, but now women as young as 20 are recognizing that natural ingredients can boost skin glow, hair strength, and nail growth when delivered in tasty, convenient gummies. HSN+ was made using the patent-pending Gummiceuticals technology, which lets them make clean-label, sugar-free gummies by swapping sugar for natural prebiotic fibers that support digestion and contain no artificial sweeteners.
Hydration and Anti-Aging
Hyaluronic acid and collagen peptides are seen by TopGum as key ingredients in beauty-from-within supplements. The company states that in the US, collagen peptides show up in 52 percent of products promoting hair, skin, and nail support and in 20 percent of anti-aging products. Globally, 53 percent of products using hyaluronic acid focus on skin, nails, and hair, while 42 percent focus on broader beauty benefits, and 78 percent of global launches are supplements. Each gummy has 45 mg of hyaluronic acid and 200 mg of collagen peptides. According to the company, hyaluronic acid helps skin hold moisture for hydration, firmness, and smoothness. Collagen peptides give essential amino acids that support skin structure, firmness, and elasticity, and because natural collagen drops with age, people often use supplements to aim for firmer-looking, smoother skin. The collagen is fish-derived and kosher certified, and the company says it has a neutral flavour with no noticeable hint of its source.
Biotin Focus
TopGum says biotin (vitamin B7) has been topping charts in beauty-from-within products because of its reputation for helping with skin glow and fuller hair. The company has made a stand-alone biotin gummy with 5 mg of the vitamin in each chew. Biotin supports making keratin, a protein key for stronger hair, nail integrity, and better skin elasticity. The high-dose technology lets them put potent amounts of active ingredients in one gummy, and the company says this system makes possible formulas that weren’t doable in this format before. Jennifer Toomey, head of new product development for TopGum US, says their technologies take on tough challenges in beauty-from-within supplements, delivering strong doses in a clean-label, naturally flavored gummy while being mindful of recommended daily allowances for any country.
