The Anti-Wrinkle Test is a clinical evaluation designed to assess the effectiveness of cosmetic products in reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. The test is conducted by our accredited laboratories using advanced imaging technologies under controlled clinical conditions.

Test Method

In house Anti-Wrinkle – Visioline + Photos

The Visioline+ system enables high-resolution photographic analysis of the skin surface. Images captured before and after product use are compared to objectively evaluate changes in the appearance of wrinkles. This method provides measurable and reproducible data on wrinkle reduction.

Test Scope

• Conducted on human volunteers under clinical conditions

• High-resolution photographic analysis before and after product use

• Objective assessment of changes in wrinkle appearance

• Results provided in an official test report including statistical evaluation

Test Duration and Sample Requirement

• Required number of samples: 11 units

• Test duration: Approximately 60 days

Cosmetic Claims That May Be Used Based on This Test

Upon successful completion of the test and in line with the obtained results, the following types of cosmetic claims may be used for the tested product:

• “Helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles”

• “Reduces the appearance of wrinkles”

• “Helps reduce the appearance of fine lines”

• “Clinically tested”

• “Clinically evaluated for anti-wrinkle efficacy”

Claims Not Permitted Under Cosmetic Legislation

Even if this test has been performed, the following claims are not permitted for cosmetic products under applicable cosmetic regulations, as they may imply medicinal or therapeutic effects:

• “Eliminates wrinkles”

• “Stops or reverses aging”

• “Botox-like effect”

• “Reduces wrinkles”

Such claims may classify the product as a  medical product and are therefore not compliant with cosmetic regulations.
