Als niet-EU- en niet-EER-lid werkt Zwitserland met een eigen regelgevend kader voor cosmetica, dat wordt beheerd door het Federale Bureau voor Voedselveiligheid en Veterinaire Zaken (FSVO). <\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"114\" data-end=\"170\">Belangrijke punten over cosmetische regelgeving in Zwitserland<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"172\" data-end=\"1168\">\n<li data-start=\"172\" data-end=\"356\">\n<p data-start=\"174\" data-end=\"356\"><strong data-start=\"174\" data-end=\"197\">Geen CPNP-vereiste<\/strong>: Voor cosmetische producten die bedoeld zijn voor de Zwitserse markt is geen kennisgeving via het CPNP-systeem van de EU vereist. Zwitserse kantonale handhavingsinstanties hebben geen toegang tot het CPNP, waardoor zij op verzoek rechtstreeks relevante productinformatie aan Zwitserse instanties moeten verstrekken. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"358\" data-end=\"587\">\n<p data-start=\"360\" data-end=\"587\"><strong data-start=\"360\" data-end=\"386\">Zelfcontrolesysteem<\/strong>: Zwitserland hanteert een zelfcontrolesysteem, waarbij fabrikanten en importeurs verantwoordelijk zijn voor de naleving van de regelgeving. Bedrijven moeten echter wel een productinformatiedossier (PIF) bijhouden en ervoor zorgen dat producten voldoen aan de Zwitserse regelgeving. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"589\" data-end=\"777\">\n<p data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"777\"><strong data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"616\">Vereisten voor etikettering<\/strong>: Productetiketten moeten in ten minste een van de offici\u00eble talen van Zwitserland zijn opgesteld: Duits, Frans of Italiaans. Er bestaan echter uitzonderingen en producten moeten nog steeds voldoen aan specifieke Zwitserse eisen. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1181\">De cosmeticaregelgeving van Zwitserland<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1301\">Hoewel de Zwitserse cosmeticawetgeving nauw aansluit bij de EU-normen, werkt deze onafhankelijk van het CPNP-systeem van de EU.
