Houdbaarheid, vervaldatum vs. PAO<\/h2>\n

Vervaldatum –<\/strong> De vervaldatum of houdbaarheidstermijn van een product in zijn “ongeopende”<\/strong> primaire verpakking wanneer het wordt bewaard onder de bewaarcondities die op het etiket van het product staan vermeld. Periode na opening –<\/strong> De periode dat een product geschikt blijft voor gebruik nadat de primaire verpakking is geopend<\/strong>, wanneer het wordt bewaard onder de bewaarcondities die op het etiket staan vermeld.<\/p>\n

Indien minimale houdbaarheid \u2264 30 maanden<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Voor cosmetica met een houdbaarheid van 30 maanden of minder moet het zandlopersymbool uit bijlage VII\/3 van de Cosmeticaverordening op het etiket worden vermeld. Ook kan de uitdrukking “ten minste houdbaar tot” worden gebruikt, waarbij de gegevens op de verpakking moeten worden vermeld. Indien nodig wordt aanvullende informatie gegeven over de omstandigheden waaronder deze houdbaarheid van het product wordt gegarandeerd. De datum wordt duidelijk vermeld als respectievelijk maand en jaar of dag, maand en jaar. <\/p>\n

Voorbeeld:<\/strong><\/p>\n

De producten zijn 24 maanden houdbaar en de productiedatum is 1\/1\/2022. Het etiketteringssymbool moet er als volgt uitzien: \"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

Indien minimale houdbaarheid > 30 maanden en PAO indien relevant<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\" Voor cosmetische producten met een minimale houdbaarheid van meer dan 30 maanden moet het in bijlage VII\/2 van de cosmeticaregelgeving gespecificeerde symbool worden gebruikt. Informatie over de periode waarin het cosmetische product veilig kan worden gebruikt, wordt aangegeven door maanden en\/of jaren in dit open pot symbool te schrijven. <\/p>\n

Voorbeeld:<\/strong><\/p>\n

De houdbaarheid van de producten is 36 maanden en de PAO is 12 maanden. Het etiketteringssymbool moet er als volgt uitzien: \"\"<\/p>\n

Opmerking: <\/em><\/strong>Voor producten voor eenmalig gebruik<\/strong> en producten in spuitbussen<\/strong> hoeft het PAO-symbool niet op het etiket te staan.<\/em><\/p>\n
