Dos de las partes m\u00e1s importantes son    <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.certifiedcosmetics.com\/product\/cosmetic-safety-assesment\/cosmetic-product-safety-assesment-cpsr\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Informe sobre la seguridad de los productos cosm\u00e9ticos (CPSR)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> y el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.certifiedcosmetics.com\/product\/cosmetic-safety-assesment\/product-information-file-pif\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fichero de Informaci\u00f3n sobre el Producto (FIP).<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Estos dos documentos no son meras formalidades; son requisitos legales en virtud del <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/ALL\/?uri=celex%3A32009R1223\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reglamento 1223\/2009 de la UE<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Esta persona se denomina evaluador de seguridad. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El CPSR es una de las partes m\u00e1s t\u00e9cnicas y vigiladas de la documentaci\u00f3n de tu producto. Si cometes un error aqu\u00ed, tu producto podr\u00eda ser retirado del mercado. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un Fichero de Informaci\u00f3n de Producto (FIP)?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.certifiedcosmetics.com\/product\/cosmetic-safety-assesment\/product-information-file-pif\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El Fichero de Informaci\u00f3n del Producto (FIP)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  es el expediente t\u00e9cnico completo que contiene toda la documentaci\u00f3n que demuestra que tu producto es seguro, de alta calidad y cumple todas las normas. Tu producto no puede venderse en la UE sin ellos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La DGCCRF (Francia), la BfR (Alemania) y la MHRA (Reino Unido para NI) pueden pedirte tu PIF en cualquier momento.
